Now Hiring - Outside Sales Representative in Leland, NC

Fortitude Roofing is expanding to Brunswick County. In July, we will open an office in Leland and have an immediate need to hire a Sales Representative to grow our market share in Brunswick, Pender, and New Hanover Counties. We’ve laid the groundwork for a strong company foundation and now we need the right person to help us achieve our next level of growth.

This role will consist of 50% Business Development and 50% Sales. This hire will be representing the Fortitude brand in our community and acting as the face of the company. A sales job is not easy, but we’ve done a lot of the heavy lifting for you by building a brand that delivers on its promises. You will be given tools needed to for success, be treated with respect, and valued as a team member.

In the job, you will be responsible for the following:

• Follow up to leads the company provides and consulting homeowners about their property needs and the advantages of certain Roofing Products.
• Physically inspecting roofs to determine the proper scope of work.
• Working with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Proposal Generation & Sales Cycle Management
• Collecting payment for services completed.
• Developing referrals and generating positive reviews.
• Networking with Builders, Real Estate, Insurance, & Property Management Services.
• Attending Local Business & Trade Meetings.
• Door Knocking is not required, but is beneficial under the “right” circumstances.

Requirements:

• A passion for helping homeowners and forming new relationships.
• An intrinsic desire to better your community.
• Long term vision and an intrinsic desire to help grow a company.
• Confidence to safely operate at heights while inspecting roofs.
• Professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Positive, unselfish attitude and outgoing personality.
• A clean driving record and background.
• Experience in Roofing preferred, but not required. Attitude, work ethic, and integrity matter more than roofing experience. We’ll train you the Fortitude way. If you're willing to put in the work- we will make you successful.

Benefits and compensation:

• Sales Representatives are hired as independent contractors and are paid a commission on each project completed, as well as bonuses for achieved performance goals.
• Average Independent Sales Reps can expect to earn between $80k-$120k annually based on company provided inbound leads. Additional compensation for self-generated sales.
• iPad, DJI Drone, Software Licenses, Company Apparel upon hire. Company Vehicle will be provided after 30-60 days.

Pay: $80,037.88 - $96,389.70 per year
